Bodegas San Alejandro is a winery located in the norht east of Spain, in the region of Aragón. Nowadays, BSA is the benchmark of the Designation of Origin of Calatayud harvesting 1/3 out of the kilograms picked in the D.O. Besides, the largest surface of organic vineyards in Aragon is managed by Bodegas San Alejandro. The portolio is composed by different brand and styles but, especifically, Querencia is the range of organic wines made by BSA. This name means the place where you are your most authentic self from where strenght is drawn, where you feel at home. Food pairing: red meat, pasta. Serving temperature: 16– 18°C. Taste: Mature tannins, complex favours and a great balance of alcohol and acidity. Long lasting fnish. Appearance: Cherry red colour. Aroma: Red Cherry, blueberries and herbal hints.
