It is a single vineyard wine. 100% Garnacha grapes from Finca Cuesta Clara (700 meters above the sea level) in Laguardia Village. Rosé worked on the lees. Limited production. This wine is made in one of the most iconic and visited wineries from Rioja’s "golden mile" in Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa). Food pairing: with cold meat, sausages, pork or chicken. Grilled meat and mushrooms. Quiche Lorraine. Rice and pasta. Serving temperature: 8° C. Taste: Pleasant on the palate, good acidity very well integrated that prolongs the freshness in the mouth. Medium long. Fresh. The fruity aromas remain present. Appearance: Clean, bright, pretty pale pink salmon. Aroma: Very intense, fruity character with pleasant floral notes.
