Asbach Spezial-Brand has been matured for at least twelve years in oak barrels and is ennobled by the secret Asbach maturing and refining process. Only carefully selected distillates from the choicest wine-growing areas are used. It fascinates due to the way it perfectly balances elegance and exquisite harmony with the full-bodied aroma and characteristic strength of particularly old distillates. Taste: Elegant, fresh-tasting, vinous and soft, well-rounded with a light sweetness and an almost imperceptible hint of Bitterssness. Very long, extremely mild with noble maturation finish. Colour: Dark gold with a hint of red. Aroma: A predominant aroma of jasmine mingled with citrus and vanilla notes and a whiff of floral green apple.
