Our Terroirs des Fruits cuvée refers to white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) as well as small red fruits. This Rosé, whose grapes come from plots selected for their predominantly fruity aromas (characteristic of Côte Chalonnaise or Couchois wines), is made from the 4 emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy. Superb notes of raspberry and wild strawberry dominate, followed by hints of vine peach to round out this Crémant, which is intensely fruity and refined, characteristic of the Delorme style. The colourful bands on its pearly label reflect its luminous personality. Food pairing: Ideal with fruit or chocolate desserts. Serving temperature: 7°C.
