For new diplomat customers

To make a purchase with www.dssriga.lv customer have to make registration on site.

The customer must fill the user form with his personal data, including name, surname, position, name of organization, address of organization, phone number, e-mail address and shipping address.

After registration customer places order. If purchasing excise goods (Spirits, Cigarettes, Coffee ) or Chocolate, Perfume, Water, Food, Toys it is necessary to obtain VAT and Excise Duty Exemption Certificate (according to EU Directive 77/388/EEG Article 15(10) and Directive 92/12/EEG Article 23(1)) in three copies one copy for each party DSSRIGA as Supplier the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as state fiscal body and the diplomat as a Consumer).

The filled VAT and Excise Duty Exemption Certificate according to EU Directive 77/388/EEG- Article 15(10) and Directive 92/12/EEG

HAVE TO BE:
Signed by the head of mission which the consumer work in; Signed and stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the Diplomatic Mission is located.

According to obtained certificate and issued invoice, DSSRIGA prepares goods for shipment from our warehouse.

Delivery of goods is strongly controlled by the State Revenue Service and the Main Customs Office. The invoicing document is registered by Customs and passed to FEDEX for delivery to the Customer.

Delivery of goods to the customer is done by FEDEX.

The second copy of transport waybill with a mark about reception of the goods by the Customer is transferred to the customs together with the monthly report of the movement of goods.

Only after that customs procedure of sale of the goods is finished.
